Every program is built on our core belief that athletics is a powerful vehicle for positive youth development.
Our flagship program provides year-round training in sprints, distance running, hurdles, jumps, and throws. Athletes of all skill levels are welcome — from beginners discovering the sport to competitive athletes preparing for meets.
We pair student-athletes with experienced mentors who provide one-on-one academic support, goal-setting guidance, and life skills development. We believe champions are made in the classroom as well as on the track.
Intensive week-long camps combining track & field training with team-building activities, nutrition education, and fun. A highlight of the summer for young athletes across the region.
We bring neighborhoods together through athletic showcases, family fun runs, health fairs, and community fitness days. These events promote healthy living and strengthen local connections.
Our leadership track empowers teen athletes to become role models and community leaders. Participants gain public speaking, team management, and service-learning experience.
We invest in the adults who support our athletes. Our workshops cover youth sport psychology, nutrition, injury prevention, and how to create positive competitive environments.
Getting started with Q World Athletics is easy. We welcome athletes of all skill levels and backgrounds. Financial need is never a barrier — scholarships and fee waivers are available.
