What We Offer

Every program is built on our core belief that athletics is a powerful vehicle for positive youth development.

Ages 7 – 18

Youth Track & Field

Our flagship program provides year-round training in sprints, distance running, hurdles, jumps, and throws. Athletes of all skill levels are welcome — from beginners discovering the sport to competitive athletes preparing for meets.

Grades 3 – 12

Academic Mentorship

We pair student-athletes with experienced mentors who provide one-on-one academic support, goal-setting guidance, and life skills development. We believe champions are made in the classroom as well as on the track.

Summer

Summer Athletic Camps

Intensive week-long camps combining track & field training with team-building activities, nutrition education, and fun. A highlight of the summer for young athletes across the region.

Community Events

We bring neighborhoods together through athletic showcases, family fun runs, health fairs, and community fitness days. These events promote healthy living and strengthen local connections.

Leadership Development

Coach & Parent Workshops

Getting started with Q World Athletics is easy. We welcome athletes of all skill levels and backgrounds. Financial need is never a barrier — scholarships and fee waivers are available.
